Rafael Angelo is a Quality Development Manager at InterSystems, responsible for directing a team of seven and overseeing quality issues across all Scrum teams in the HealthShare product line since August 2016. Rafael proactively identifies and addresses testing gaps and promotes automation to enhance testing efficiency. Previous roles at InterSystems include Scrum Master and Principal Quality Development Engineer, where Rafael developed functional, load, and stress tests. Earlier experience includes a Helpdesk Specialist role at WPI IT Helpdesk and a Software Quality Assurance Internship at Sunrise Labs, Inc. Rafael holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science with a focus on Interactive Media and Game Development from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
