Yusuf Aje started their work experience in 2016 as a Mechanical Engineer at PZ Cussons, where they worked from June to December of the same year. In 2019, they joined Guaranty Trust Bank as a Cashier Customer Service from January to March. Later in 2019, Yusuf joined Interswitch Group as a Fraud Analyst and Risk Control, and they are currently in that role.

Yusuf Aje completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Mechanical Engineering at Ladoke Akintola University of Technology from 2012 to 2017. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career. These include Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) in July 2022, Data Protection Assessment from Interswitch Group in July 2020, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (ICYB) from GoLeanSixSigma.com in August 2019, Anti-bribery and corruption Assessment Certification, Business Continuity Management System Awareness Training Certification, Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMLS), and Financial Systems Services Products Certificate, all obtained from Interswitch Group in June 2019. Furthermore, they obtained the Qualified Integrator and Reseller (QIR) certification from the PCI Security Standards Council in October 2021.
