Basheer Idowu (LION) has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries.

Basheer Idowu began their career as a Facilitator and Research Statistical Data Analyst at Spring Consult from April 2006 to April 2011, where they conducted data analysis using statistical methods and developed research instruments.

Basheer Idowu then worked as an Account Assistant at Matrix Energy from August 2011 to July 2012.

In May 2012, they returned to Spring Consult as a Research Statistical Data Analyst, focusing on data analysis and research instrument development until May 2013.

Basheer Idowu then joined Halal Takaful Nigeria (Division of Cornerstone Insurance) as a Sales Representative from June 2013 to June 2014, and later became a Senior Sales Representative from June 2014 to June 2015.

From July 2015 to January 2018, Idowu worked as an Energy Sales Representative at Ikeja Electric.

In January 2018, they transitioned to the technology industry as a Software QA Tester at uTest, where they worked until August 2020.

Basheer Idowu then assumed the role of Software Quality Assurance Lead at WAeY Technology from September 2020 to July 2021, where they reviewed requirements, created testing documentation, and implemented automated testing scripts.

Next, they joined Tezza Business Solutions Ltd as a Test Analyst from July 2021 to March 2022, implementing customer feedback analysis processes and risk-based testing approaches to improve software quality.

Basheer Idowu then joined Parkway in April 2022 as a Test Engineer, focusing on defect resolution and test automation strategies.

Most recently, they joined Interswitch Group in August 2022 as a Quality Assurance Engineer, collaborating with cross-functional teams and executing various testing methodologies to deliver high-quality software products. Throughout their career, Idowu has consistently demonstrated their expertise in quality assurance, test automation, and defect management.

Basheer Idowu (LION) has a diverse education history. Basheer Idowu obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Industrial Psychology from the University of Lagos, where they studied from 2012 to 2014. Prior to this, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Psychology from the same institute, studying from 2005 to 2010. Basheer also attended the Federal College of Education Akoka Lagos from 2001 to 2004, where they obtained a NCE degree in Science Education.

In addition to their academic degrees, Basheer has completed various certification courses.
