Marvellous Onaiwu, ACIB has work experience in various roles and industries. They started their career as a secretary at Sahab Insurance Brokers Ltd in June 2017 and worked in this position until April 2018. In 2018, they worked as a business tutor at Harvard Education Centre from April 2018 to January 2019. They then transitioned to a role as an Identity and Access Administrator at Access Bank Plc in November 2019 and worked in this role until December 2022. Currently, they are an Information Security Engineer at Interswitch Group, starting in October 2022.

Marvellous Onaiwu, ACIB attended the University of Benin from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. In addition to their academic qualifications, Marvellous has pursued several certifications to enhance their professional skills. They obtained the PECB CERTIFIED ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor certification from PECB in December 2022. They also obtained the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from GoLeanSixSigma.com in November 2022. In March 2022, Marvellous achieved the Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate and Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals certifications from Microsoft. In February 2022, they obtained the Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (ERP) and Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate certifications, also from Microsoft. In August 2021, Marvellous completed the Information Systems Auditing, Controls, and Assurance course on Coursera. They earned the ACIB (Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria) certification from The Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria - CIBN in October 2020. Additionally, Marvellous completed the Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner certification from IBM in June 2020.
