Daren Dieleman has extensive work experience in the operations and production management field. Daren began their career at Pella Corporation in 2005, where they held roles as a Department Manager and later as a Production Manager. In 2012, they joined Interstates and served as an Operations Manager for one year before being promoted to Director of Operations. Daren held this position until 2021 when they were promoted to Vice President of Operations.

Daren Dieleman earned their Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business Administration: Finance from Dordt University from 2001 to 2005.
