Julie Washburn, MBA, serves as the Manager of the Learning Management System at the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) since September 2018. Responsibilities include overseeing the learning management system and live online proctoring program, focusing on course setup, troubleshooting, project management, and data analytics. Prior roles at IREM include Director of Program Operations and Program Manager for Webinars, where Julie optimized content delivery and managed educational webinars. Previous experience includes roles in webinar coordination and client implementation at Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting US and Paychex, as well as customer service positions at LaSalle Bank and Burlington Coat Factory.
