Brett Voeltz, CPM®, currently serves as Manager of Membership Engagement at the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) since June 2022. Prior to this role, Brett worked as a Property Manager at Berkeley Partners from May 2020 to May 2022 and as an Assistant Property Manager at Brandywine Realty Trust from May 2017 to May 2020. Brett's professional experience also includes a significant commitment to community service as a Peace Corps Volunteer from October 2014 to 2016, focusing on enhancing teaching practices and evaluating educational effectiveness. Additionally, Brett acted as a Peace Corps Campus Ambassador, delivering outreach presentations. Educationally, Brett obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Modern Foreign Languages from James Madison University (2011 - 2015), participated in a Critical Language Scholarship program at Ankara University for Turkish Language and Literature (2014), and completed German Studies at Goethe Gymnasium Schwerin (2010 - 2011).
