Christian Wille began their work experience in 2005 as a Regional Sales Manager for ALDI SÃœD, where they worked until 2010. Christian then joined IIC-INTERSPORT International Corporation GmbH, where they held various roles, including Head of Retail and License from 2010 to 2013, Director of Business Development for "The Athlete's Foot" from 2013 to 2017, Director of Finance & Accounting, Controlling from 2017 to 2018, and Senior Director of Finance & Accounting, Controlling from 2018 to 2021. Since 2022, they have been serving as the Chief Financial Officer of the company.

From 2001 to 2005, Christian Wille attended Nürtingen-Geislingen University (HfWU) and completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in International Finance.
