Dirk Preising is an experienced technology leader with a career spanning over two decades in various roles within the tech industry. Currently serving as Senior Director of Cloud Operations & Support at Intershop Communications since January 2025, Dirk previously held the position of Head of Technology at Mister Spex from January 2015 to December 2024, and Team Lead Software Engineering. Dirk's earlier tenure at Intershop Communications included roles as Technical Manager and Senior Consultant from February 2010 to December 2014. Dirk began the professional journey as a Software Engineer at Intershop AG from February 1999 to April 2010 and started as a Praktikant/Gehilfe/Sonstiges at Prosoft in 1998. Dirk holds a Diploma in Informatics, Computer Science from HTWK Leipzig, completed in 2001, and obtained a university-entrance diploma from Ernst-Haeckel-Gymnasium Jena in 1995.
