Ron Barden is currently the CFO at Intersections. Prior to this, they served as the CFO at Iora Health from August 2020 to January 2021. During their time at Iora, they led the finance organization during a critical time period prior to the acquisition of Iora by One Medical valued at $1.4 billion. Prior to Iora, Ron served as the CFO at Aura from September 2014 to January 2020. During their time at Aura, they helped lead Intersections Inc. (formerly Nasdaq: INTX) through a significant transformation program and executed a go-private transaction designed to leverage our legacy core business and build the next generation digital threat protection platform for consumers. Prior to Aura, Ron served as the CFO at n1Health from April 2013 to August 2014. Ron has also served as the CFO at GE Healthcare - Agility Healthcare Solutions from March 2007 to November 2010 and as the CFO at WellAWARE Systems, Inc. from November 2010 to April 2013. Additionally, they have served as the Controller at Cadmus Communications from January 2006 to December 2007 and as the Dir of Reorganization and SVP Controller at Heilig-Meyers Company from April 1995 to February 2006.

Ron Barden has a MBA and a BBA from William & Mary – Raymond A. Mason School of Business.
