Mark Hoekstra, MSEL, CPM, is a seasoned professional in commercial real estate with extensive experience spanning several decades. Currently serving as President and Co-Founder of Intersection since October 2010, Mark emphasizes the transformative impact of real estate on communities beyond its financial value. Simultaneously, Mark holds the position of Managing Director and President at Heritage Real Estate Advisors, Inc., where a commitment to innovative solutions and exceeding client expectations is paramount. Prior to these roles, Mark was a Principal at IDS Real Estate Group, managing a diverse portfolio across various property types. Mark began their career with Coldwell Banker in a real estate training program. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Executive Leadership and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Real Estate from the University of San Diego, alongside a foundational education at Mira Mesa High School.
