Jed Weiner serves at Outside General Counsel to Intersect Diagnostics, where he advises the company on corporate finance, governance, and compliance as well as commercial and strategic transactions. Jed is currently a partner at FM Stern, a New York corporate law firm. He has previously worked as a corporate attorney at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, where he oversaw complex legal and business issues in Europe, Middle East and Africa and led cross-border securities and M&A transactions. Jed served as an intelligence officer in the U.S. Navy Reserve, deactivating as a Lieutenant Commander in 2012. Jed holds a BA from Columbia University, a MPhil in Modern Middle East Studies from St. Antony’s College at University of Oxford, and a JD from New York University School of Law.
