Juhani Konu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational psychology and recruitment. Since July 1996, Juhani has served as Managing Partner and Chairman of the Board at Intersearch Oy. Additionally, Juhani has been a Consultant at Finnish Work and Organizational Psychologists since January 2007, where a notable role on the Board of Directors was held from January 2012 to December 2019. Prior to these roles, Juhani founded and operated Myynnin Konsultointi Juhani Konu Ky, focusing on the recruitment of telemarketers from September 1994 to May 1996, and worked as an Assistant at Suomen Psykologikeskus Asiantuntijat Oy in 1992–1993. Juhani holds two Master of Science degrees in Psychology and Economics and Business Administration from the University of Turku.
