Elias Rosell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting, leadership, and military operations. Currently serving as Partner and Senior Consultant at Talentia AB since December 2017, Elias has been instrumental in driving proactive talent acquisition strategies. Additionally, Elias holds the position of Regional Sub-leader for Start-up, Scale-up, Venture Capital and Innovation at InterSearch since August 2020, and serves as a Stridsbåtschef with the Swedish Armed Forces since August 2009. Previously, Elias worked at ZoCom as Regionchef, Agile Coach, Project Manager, and Teacher, and served as Deputy Harbour Master at the Royal Swedish Yacht Club. Elias holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Media- and Communication Studies from Uppsala University and a Gymnasieexamen in Social Sciences with a focus on economics from ProCivitas privata gymnasium.
