Allen Oakley is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the fields of operations and real estate. Currently serving as a Member at YPO since December 2022, Allen has been the President and Chief Operating Officer at Charles Aris Executive Search since February 2010, where responsibilities include optimizing infrastructure and enhancing team effectiveness. Additionally, Allen has held the role of Vice President of Operations and Real Estate Practice Leader at InterSearch, contributing to strategic management on a global scale as a Board member from 2020 to 2023. Previous positions include Commercial Broker at The Shopping Center Group and Real Estate Manager at The Sembler Company, focusing on retail site acquisitions. Allen's career began as Real Estate Director for Raving Brands, overseeing site selections for several fast-casual restaurant concepts. Academically, Allen holds an MBA from Wake Forest University School of Business and a BS in Business Management from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business.
