Dagmara Aldridge has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Dagmara currently works as a Coach and Member at the London COO Roundtable since May 2023. Prior to that, they served as Chief Operating Officer at Interrodata starting in April 2023.

From 2020 to 2022, they worked at Zumo Enterprise, where they held the positions of Chief People & Culture Officer and later Chief Operating Officer. During their time there, they made significant contributions to improving operations and implementing automation to enhance company effectiveness.

In 2020, Dagmara served as Head of Operations, Change & Delivery (Interim) at CashFlows.

From 2017 to 2019, they worked at Valitor as Commercial & Customer Operations Director, SMB Solutions, and later as Head of Commercial & Sales Ops. In these roles, they achieved goals such as improving process efficiency, implementing pricing governance models, and setting up customer support and commercial finance functions.

From 2014 to 2017, Dagmara was employed at Travis Perkins plc, where they held the positions of Head of Commercial Programmes and Pricing Programme Manager. Dagmara successfully led change programs, built strong relationships with stakeholders, and developed change management frameworks.

From 2008 to 2014, Dagmara worked at Barclaycard in roles such as Head of Change & Product Delivery, Client Implementation Team Manager, and Change & Project Manager. Dagmara played a key role in implementing process improvements, streamlining project delivery, and managing a variety of projects.

Dagmara started their career at Reed in 2003 as an International Project Executive. During this time, they managed projects across multiple countries and implemented standardized project management practices.

Dagmara Aldridge holds a BA (Hons) degree in Modern Art & Literature from The Open University. Additionally, they have pursued studies in Project Management through a program called Project, Change & Portfolio Management. In terms of certifications, Dagmara has obtained a Brain-Based Coaching Certificate from the NeuroLeadership Institute in May 2022 and a BBCS Brain-Based Conversation Skills® certification from the same institution in January 2022.
