Catherine Hebert currently serves as the Chief Talent Officer at InterRent Real Estate Investment Trust since June 2021. Previously, Catherine held the position of Vice President of People & Culture at Cowater International from September 2018 to June 2021 and worked as Principal Consultant at CHS Coaching & Consulting between March 2017 and June 2021. Catherine's experience includes a significant tenure at Brookfield Renewable as VP of Human Resources Services (North America) and HR Director from January 2011 to March 2017. Additional roles include HR Business Partner at MD Physician Services, Manager of Client Services Canada at WorkforceLogic, Leader of HR and Administration at DRS Technologies, and a position in Human Resources at Novo Nordisk A/S. Catherine holds a BA Honors degree in Sociology from the Glendon Campus of York University, with further education credentials from Adler and Jonquiere.
