Olusegun Oghenekevwe Olatona

Head, Key Account Management Team at Interra Networks

Olusegun Oghenekevwe Olatona began their career in 2011 as the Head of the Key Account Management Team at iNterra Networks. In this role, they were responsible for developing business relationships, improving existing relationships with customers, generating targeted proposals, and closing sales for new and existing projects. Olusegun Oghenekevwe also facilitated the revival of key accounts by penetrating key decision makers for further business relationships. Olatona then moved to the role of Senior Business Process Management Consultant, where they provided strategic consulting, including business plan, business proposal, concept note, and sales strategy development. Olusegun Oghenekevwe also generated new development deals for B2C companies that focused on customer retention, satisfaction, and improvement.

From 2017 to 2021, Olatona worked as Senior Key Account Manager and Key Account Manager at Layer3. In these roles, they focused on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business. Olusegun Oghenekevwe also analyzed customer needs and identified product solutions to fit needs, desires, and budget. Additionally, they searched for new clients and created a database of prospects that would benefit from the company's products or services.

In 2021, Olatona became the CEO/Founder of Anbamid Group. Lastly, Olatona worked as a Customer Service Representative at the Nigerian Communications Commission, where they received high-volume inbound calls from subscribers in a fast-paced and courteous manner. Olusegun Oghenekevwe also used the CRM to manage subscribers' profiles and issues/complaints/enquiries, and escalated issues to supervisors when necessary.

Olusegun Oghenekevwe Olatona's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Olabisi Onabanjo University between 2006 and 2010, a Professional graduate diploma in Customer Service/Relationship Management from the Institute Of Customer Relationship Management in 2012, a Master of Business Administration - MBA from the National Open University of Nigeria in 2017, and a Strategic Account Management from Philip Consulting in 2018. Olusegun Oghenekevwe also holds a Strategic Management certification from Coursera Course Certificates obtained in June 2016.
