Laura Polo, PHR, SHRM-CP has extensive experience in human resources management. Laura is currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Interra International, LLC. Prior to this, they held the position of Human Resources Director at ACCENT DECOR, Inc. from November 2020 to March 2022, and also served as the Human Resources Manager from November 2019 to November 2020.

Before joining ACCENT DECOR, Inc., Laura worked at Ricoh USA, Inc. for over 17 years. Laura held various roles within the company, including Manager, Consultant Learning Specialist from June 2015 to September 2019, Human Resources Manager from June 2006 to June 2015, and Senior Human Resources Generalist from March 2002 to June 2006.
