Role definition
We are seeking an experienced QuickBooks bookkeeper to work remotely with us. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate account balances and ensuring compliance with established accounting practices.
Responsibilities
Track expenses, budget, taxes, cash flow, receipts and other financial dealings of company.
Provide regular financial reports through collection, analysis, and summarization of data.
Record, consolidate and balance financial transactions.
Organize and maintain the company´s financial records up to date.
Reconcile bank transactions on an as needed basis.
General administrative support tasks.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
3+ years of proven bookkeeping experience
2+ years of accounting experience using QuickBooks Desktop or QuickBooks Online.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures.
Commitment to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
Excellent communication skills.
Effective time management.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
