Carlos Leite is a seasoned Toolroom Manager with over a decade of experience at Interplex, overseeing the toolrooms at Interplex Sunbelt and SunMed since August 2011. Previously, Carlos has held various managerial roles, including Continuous Improvement Manager, where significant savings of $1.2 million were achieved in 2020, and Operations Manager, during which lean Six Sigma tools were employed to improve operational efficiency and overall equipment effectiveness by 10% annually. Carlos began a career in toolmaking as a Tool and Die Maker at Blase Manufacturing Company and later served as Toolroom Supervisor at Sun Microstamping Technologies. Carlos holds a Certificate in Engineering Technology-Quality Specialist from the College of Central Florida and has pursued various certifications in engineering design and statistical analysis.
