Kelly Boehringer has extensive experience in legal and human resources roles, currently serving as Associate General Counsel at Interos Inc since August 2020. Previously, Kelly held the position of General Counsel and VP of Human Resources at Binary Group, Inc. since April 2013, and served as Vice President of Human Resources and General Counsel at Mav6 from December 2008 to March 2012. Early career experience includes roles as Legal and Human Capital Executive Consultant at Mobilex USA and Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Senior Corporate Counsel at Integrated Health Services, Inc. Additionally, Kelly was an Associate at McGuire Woods Battle & Boothe from 1992 to 1997. Kelly holds a Juris Doctor from American University Washington College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from The George Washington University.
