Georgi Tunev has extensive work experience in various roles related to technical support and customer service. Georgi has held leadership positions in multiple companies, including interop.io as Director of Product Support. Prior to that, Georgi worked at Modeshift, where they created and managed the support structure, implemented workflows and procedures, and customized Jira solutions for different teams. Georgi also served as VP of Customer Service and Head of Customer Support at FantasticStay. Georgi has a strong background in support leadership and monitoring systems, as seen during their time at Progress Software, where they developed the Support Leadership organization, implemented a new system for monitoring support services, and coordinated support engineers. Georgi also has previous experience as a Helpdesk team leader at Bitex and a Customer Support team leader at BIT AD. Overall, Georgi Tunev has demonstrated their expertise in providing high-quality support and improving customer service processes throughout their career.

Georgi Tunev completed their Bachelor of Engineering with a focus in Electronics from Burgas Free University, between 1999 and 2004. Prior to that, they attended the "Ivan Vazov" Language School in Smolian, Bulgaria from 1991 to 1996, studying English Language and Literature, without obtaining a specific degree.
