Himanshu Mittal is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles, currently serving as Group CFO at Interocean Group since July 2019. Previously held the position of CFO at Agarwal Packers and Movers from May 2015 to July 2019, where Himanshu implemented GST systems across 26 states, coordinated audits, and developed financial strategies. Before that, Himanshu was CFO and Vice President at Transport Corporation of India Limited from April 1993 to April 2015, overseeing comprehensive accounting functions and leading a team in achieving financial objectives and compliance. Himanshu is a qualified Chartered Accountant, having completed education at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and possesses a strong foundation in accounts, audit, and taxation.
