Victor Ndonnang, PMP is a Senior Manager for Community Engagement at Internet Society in Africa. Victor also founded NV Consulting where Victor provided ICT strategic consulting, IT security advice, technology solutions, and IT project management services. Additionally, Victor worked as a Computer Service Technician at Fry's Electronics and served as the Secretary General of Internet Society Cameroon Chapter. Victor has a background in computer maintenance and networking, internet governance, and mathematics.
