Gautam Shah is the Founder of Internet of Elephants, a Kenya-based social enterprise focused on wildlife conservation through innovative use of GPS data and augmented reality. With experience as an IT Strategist at Alf Khair, Shah defined IT strategies for an academy aimed at empowering women in Saudi Arabia. In addition, Shah served as Faculty and Senior Advisor at Amani Institute, teaching social entrepreneurship and advising on business modeling. Shah has held various roles including Monitoring and Evaluation and IT Consultant at Community Markets for Conservation, IT and Shared Services Advisor at CGIAR, and Senior Manager at Accenture, where strategic initiatives improved nonprofit and IT efficiency. Educational background includes a Bachelor's in Computer Information Systems from Indiana University Bloomington and an Executive Program in Creative Leadership from THNK School of Leadership.
