With over 25 years of customer service and management experience in the high volume retail industry, Don uses his project management abilities to integrate the IMM team with the clients needs to produce results that go above and beyond the clients expectations. With the growing need for content marketing to be an integral part of a client's SEO marketing strategy, Don manages a variety of writers that each bring their own unique writing styles to IMM, allowing IMM to offer content marketing for their clients in a broad range of sectors from the local business to global financial institutions.
Born and raised in upstate New York, Don graduated from Empire State College with a B.S. in Organizational Management.
