Andrea Schroeter is an experienced university lecturer at the University of Kassel since October 2019, specializing in process support for organizing TEDx conferences. Concurrently, Andrea conducts potential analyses for career orientation for secondary-school students with the Internationaler Bund and delivers workshops on various topics, including children's rights and sustainable development, in secondary schools through Bremer Informationszentrum für Menschenrechte und Entwicklung. Previous roles include leading tracer studies and development projects in Laos for HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation, focusing on agricultural education reform and career counseling units. With a strong educational background, holding a Master of Education from Goethe University Frankfurt and a Master of Social Work from Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences, Andrea’s expertise lies in vocational training, career counseling, and educational strategy development.
