Baptiste Escot began their career in 2019 when they joined La Centrale du Sport as an Assistant Category Manager. Later that same year, they also became an Auxiliaire Vacances at Crédit Agricole Loire Haute-Loire. In 2020, they moved to International Wire, where they have since held the roles of Green Energy Market Manager and Commercial.

Baptiste Escot's education history includes a Master 2 (M2) in Management du Commerce et de la Distribution from IAE Saint-Etienne (2021-2022), a Master 1 (M1) in Management du Commerce et de la Distribution from IAE Saint-Etienne (2020-2021), a DUETI in Administration des entreprises from Universidad Politécnica de Cartagena (2019-2020), and a DUT techniques de commercialisation from IUT de Saint Etienne (2017-2019).
