Shen Han joined the International WELL Building Institute (Asia) in 2018 as an Associate. He is responsible for the project management, business cooperation, marketing and technical training of the WELL building standard in Asia in major cities across the country, mainly in North China. Shen has been managing and promoting over 100 potential WELL projects and registered projects across the country. Covers a variety of businesses such as office, residential, school, senior living and etc. Shen helped customers to deeply understand the core value of WELL and implement it in actual projects, communicate customer needs, expand project market influence through online and offline, increase brand premiums and project return rates, and help companies understand the impact of healthy building value on corporate ESG (environmental, social, regulatory) and the quality of corporate social responsibility reports Improvement, and the impact on the overall asset market.

Shen has a broad range of backgrounds in information system & information technology management, big data, Internet of Things, knowledge sharing in global software teams and e-commerce. Shen has a Master’s degree in Information System from Linnaeus University, Sweden. His combined backgrounds enable him to promote WELL in the areas of education, internet and high-tech fields. Shen is an adamant practitioner in the global WELL movement.
