I am a Talent Development, with a passion for learning, developing, and empowering people. I have ten years of experience in talent management, training and development, and performance management, across various industries and regions.
Currently, I lead and execute the talent development strategy at International Turnkey Systems - ITS, a leading provider of IT solutions and services in the Middle East and Africa. With the help of my team, I support setting the organizational objectives and KPIs, conduct the training needs analysis, and prepare and implement the training plan according to the approved budget. I also oversee the employee engagement and retention initiatives, and assess and develop the competencies of the talent pool using CBI (Competency-Based Interviewing) and PM (Performance Management) tools, which I am certified in.
I am also pursuing an Advanced HR diploma in People & Organizations from The American University in Cairo, which will enhance my knowledge and skills in human resources management and services. I have a strong background in training and development, having worked as a Learning & Development Section Head at Creative Pan, a leading digital marketing agency in Egypt, for one and a half years. There, I developed and implemented various training programs and solutions, managed the onboarding of new hires, and executed the midyear and annual appraisal process. I have a bachelor's degree in Germanic Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics from Ain Shams University, and I am fluent in English and German. I strive to deliver high-quality and impactful training programs and solutions, and to contribute to the growth and success of the organizations and individuals I work with.
