Asaph Yang has a diverse work experience in the transportation and construction industry. Asaph started their career as a Project Manager/General Manager at CJPRO, Inc in March 2013 and worked there until February 2015. Asaph then joined HHJ Construction Inc. as a Project Engineer from February 2015 to March 2016. After that, they worked at International Transportation Service, LLC where they held various roles including Manager of Terminal Development from March 2016 to May 2022, Assistant Director of Project Execution from May 2022 to February 2023, and currently serves as the Director of Projects & Facilities since January 2023.

Asaph Yang holds a Master's degree in Architecture from the Academy of Art University, which was obtained from 2014 to 2021. In 2013, Asaph Yang acquired a Certificate in Project Management from UCLA Extension. For undergraduate education, Asaph Yang completed a Bachelor's degree in International Relations/Studies from UC Irvine, which took place from 2008 to 2012. Additionally, Asaph Yang obtained the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from the Six Sigma Global Institute in 2022 and is an Agile Expert (AgileXP) certified by SSGI, with the date of certification not provided.
