Zoe Heimbrock currently serves as a Management and Program Analyst at the International Trade Administration since August 2023. Previously, Zoe held the position of Human Resources Specialist in Workforce Development at the Department of the Navy Office of Civilian Human Resources from January 2021 to August 2023, leading cross-departmental teams on key business initiatives. Zoe is a graduate of a two-year Human Resources Leadership Development Program at the same department, completing assignments in various HR functions. Additional experience includes roles such as a Human Resources Student Worker and intern at Loyola University New Orleans and Tulane Medical Center, along with marketing and communications positions at GE Water & Process Technologies and the International Academy for Fencing Education. Zoe earned a B.A. in Mass Communication from Loyola University New Orleans, with a minor in public relations and marketing, and studied business management as an exchange student at Esade.
