Ed Howard has a background in IT and has held various roles in companies such as Fujitsu Consulting and NOS Communications before joining the International Trade Administration in 2001. Since then, Ed has worked their way up to their current role as the Director of the Business IT Office (BITO) at the International Trade Administration within the U.S. Department of Commerce.
