E. Whitley Herndon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in international trade and policy advocacy. Currently serving as Program Manager and Senior International Trade Analyst at the International Trade Administration since October 2015, Whitley Herndon previously held the position of Policy Counsel at ACT | The App Association, where responsibilities included analyzing legislative initiatives and supporting small tech innovators. Other notable positions include a Congressional Intern with the House Judiciary Committee, Law Clerk for the US Federal Court in Kentucky, and Graduate Fellow with the Legislative Research Commission for the Kentucky General Assembly.
