With a background in International Economics and a passion for organizational excellence, Blanche has held various leadership positions within the U.S. Department of Commerce, focusing on digital strategy, performance management, and international trade programs. Blanche's education includes a BA in International Affairs from The George Washington University and an MA in International Economics and Japan Studies from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies.
