Vlaďka Váchalová has over 20 years of experience in the field of HR. Vlaďka is currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at International SOS since July 2018. Prior to this, they worked at the Regional Authority for the Central Bohemian Region as an Analyst of HR and Personnel related processes from July 2017 to July 2018. From 2013 to 2017, they held the position of Head of Human Resources at Vitana. Vlaďka also worked as a freelancer on maternity leave for Vector BTC from 2011 to 2013. Vlaďka'searlier experiences include serving as an HR Manager at PSA Peugeot Citroën from 2001 to 2011 and as a Recruitment Specialist at Opavia LU for a brief period in 2001. Vlaďka began their career as an HR Generalist at Sodexo in 2000, where they led a small team, managed personal and wage agendas, administered employment contracts, communicated with various agencies, performed statistical analyses, and presented HR department results.

Vlaďka Váchalová obtained a degree in Ekonomie a management (Ing.) from Silesian University in Opava from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they received a degree in Podnikání a administrativa (Bc.) from Czech University of Life Sciences Prague from 1993 to 1996. Vlaďka completed their secondary education at Gymnázium J. Palacha, Mělník from 1989 to 1993. In 2014, they obtained a certification in Efektivní řízení projektů from Shine PMI.
