Daniel Arroyo is an experienced professional in claims management and reimbursement, currently serving as the Regional Provider Reimbursement Manager at International SOS since May 2011. In this role, Daniel acts as the primary escalation point for TRICARE provider claims issues in the Latin America Region and serves as a claims expert, coordinating with the claims processor, WPS. Previously, as a Global Senior Technical Claims Analyst at International SOS, Daniel focused on ensuring timely and accurate claims processing, identifying improvements, and utilizing various technical tools for reporting. Earlier work experience includes serving as a Claims Analyst at CLAG and as a Health Care Finder at Humana, where Daniel excelled in customer care and relationship building. Daniel holds an Associate of Arts degree from Iowa Western Community College, earned between 2001 and 2002.
