Kumar Rachakonda has extensive experience in technical recruitment, currently serving as a Sr. Technical Recruiter at International Solutions Group since March 2020. Prior roles include Sr. Recruiter positions at HRD Inc and Allank Technologies, along with a Recruitment Team Lead role at International Solutions Group from June 2016 to July 2017. Kumar has demonstrated a strong ability to manage teams and oversee comprehensive recruiting processes, including resource planning, talent acquisition, and deployment, utilizing various sourcing methodologies. Kumar began a recruitment career at Miracle Software Systems, where a progression from Recruiter to Team Lead occurred over nearly a decade. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree from Andhra University, Visakhapatnam.
