Umesh Pokhrel, CPA, MBA, has over 10 years of experience in finance and accounting. Umesh most recently served as the Director of Finance and Accounting at International Software Systems, Inc. where they implemented various financial policies and established internal controls. Prior to that, they worked as a Manager - Finance at ANGARAI, where they maintained accounting functions, developed financial reporting systems, and ensured compliance with accounting principles and regulations. Umesh also gained experience as an Accounting Staff at Muhammad A Khan CPA PA, where they provided financial information for process efficiency, developed tracking systems, and improved staff competencies.

Umesh Pokhrel, CPA, MBA attended Towson University from 2008 to 2010, where they pursued their undergraduate degree in Accounting. In 2012, Umesh Pokhrel enrolled at Morgan State University and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Project Management in 2014. In 2006, Umesh Pokhrel also briefly attended Southwest Minnesota State University, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for this period.
