Jennifer Fisher began their work experience in 1994 at Pro Behavioral Health, where they served in the role of Purchasing/Facilities/Medical Records. Jennifer then moved on to BT Services Tennessee in 1995, working in Global Securities Services. In 1997, Fisher joined Comdata as a CSR III until 2002. From 2007, they worked at International Scholarship and Tuition Services, Inc., starting as an Executive Administrator and later becoming the Director of People and Culture.

Jennifer Fisher attended Arvada West High School from 1985 to 1989. Jennifer then pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and English at the University of Colorado Denver from 1989 to 1994. Jennifer later obtained various certifications, including becoming a Reworked Digital Workplace Research Board Member: Advisor in 2023, The Six Types of Working Genius Certification in 2021, SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) in May 2018, and a Notary Public designation from the State of Tennessee in May 2019. Jennifer also completed a course on Developing and Implementing an Outward Mindset, offered by The Arbinger Institute.
