Yan Zhou is an experienced professional with a strong background in communications, public relations, and strategic leadership within the transport and energy sectors. Currently serving as Chief Representative and Deputy Chief Representative for East and Southeast Asia at IRU since September 2015, Yan Zhou focuses on strategic planning and execution for the organization's expansion in the region, particularly in support of the TIR system. Previous roles include External Affairs Manager at IRU and Press & Media Manager at BP, as well as China Public Relations Manager at Saudi Aramco and Energy Reporter at China Daily. Yan Zhou holds a Master of Science in Communication and Media Studies from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
