Yuna Shin is a seasoned professional in international philanthropy and partnership development, currently serving as a Senior Advisor at the International Rescue Committee since June 2023. Previous roles include Education Program Coordinator at KOICA and various positions at ChildFund Korea, where responsibilities encompassed strategy advising, program management, and partnership development across multiple countries, including South Sudan, Tanzania, and Malawi. Yuna has significant experience in grant proposal development, program effectiveness evaluation, and donor relations, supported by a Master of Arts in Education, Gender, and International Development from UCL and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Kyung Hee University.
