Maggie Stewart is an experienced program manager and specialist in global programs, currently serving at the International Republican Institute since October 2023. Prior to this role, Maggie held multiple positions at the same organization, including Program Officer and Senior Program Associate in Legislative Strengthening, where responsibilities included program development, technical assistance training, and stakeholder communication. Maggie’s earlier experience includes internships at the Republican Main Street Partnership, American Enterprise Institute, and National Republican Congressional Committee, focusing on communications and program execution. Academically, Maggie holds a Master of Science in International Relations from The University of Edinburgh and a Bachelor's Degree with double majors in International Affairs and Religion from Wofford College.
