Leticia Arana has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Leticia most recently served as the Human Resources Director at International Real Estate Partners (IREP) since October 2020. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing various HR functions such as policy development, compensation, benefits, and talent management. Prior to that, Leticia worked as an Operations Manager and Catering Event Professional at SodexoMAGIC from May 2017 to October 2020. Leticia also gained experience in International Marketing and Executive Office roles at CKE Restaurants, Inc. from February 2015 to May 2017. Leticia started their career as a Regional Administrator at Henley Enterprises in 2012, and later took on positions as an Operations Coordinator at Fluor from March 2010 to March 2012, and a Sr Operations Coordinator at KBR, Inc. from April 2008 to March 2010. Leticia initially entered the workforce as an Operations employee at KBR, Inc. from November 2005 to October 2007.
