Michael Grubbs has worked as the Vice President of Business Development at International Programs Group since September 2019. Prior to that, they served as Secretary and Board Member at Missouri Captive Insurance Association (MOCIA) starting in November 2010. Additionally, they worked as the President at Claim Management Inc from May 2003 onwards.

Michael Grubbs attended Southeast Missouri State University from 1981 to 1984. Michael obtained a degree in Business with a field of study in Marketing and Finance.
