Sam Basford is a seasoned professional in the sports and education sectors, currently serving as Director at SB Pickleball since October 2022 and as a Master Teaching Professional for the International Pickleball Teaching Professional Association since November 2021. Previously, Sam held the position of Regional Director at PickleballEngland from July 2019 to February 2024, contributing to the expansion of pickleball in the West Midlands region. At Explore Learning, from November 2017 to October 2022, Sam advanced from Tutor to Assistant Director, focusing on fostering a positive learning environment for members. Additionally, Sam gained valuable experience as an Associate at PwC from September 2019 to July 2021, leading audit teams in the Banking and Capital Markets sector. Sam holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business from the University of Nottingham, completed in 2022, and attended Lawrence Sheriff School from 2011 to 2018.
