Emmanuelle Cousin

Special Assistant To The CEO And President at International Peace Institute (IPI)

Emmanuelle Cousin currently serves as a Special Assistant to the CEO and President and Policy Analyst at the International Peace Institute (IPI), leading the “Prioritization and Sequencing of Security Council Mandates” series. Previous experience includes roles as a Policy Analyst Consultant at the United Nations University Centre for Policy Research and a Research Consultant for the U.S. Department of State, where Emmanuelle contributed to analyzing lessons learned from international interventions. Additional internships with UNESCO, L'Orient-Le Jour, and the United Nations Office at Geneva have enriched Emmanuelle's expertise in international relations and regional analysis. Emmanuelle holds a Master's degree in International Affairs from Columbia University and another in International Security from Sciences Po, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Politics with International Relations from the University of Bath.
