Michael Wywrot is an experienced professional in the field of industrial maintenance management, currently serving as the Process Maintenance Manager at International Paper since December 2016. With a focus on optimizing equipment performance, Michael leads teams to minimize failures and maintain effective preventative maintenance schedules. Previous roles include Central Shop Maintenance Manager and area reliability planner for both International Paper and Weyerhaeuser, where responsibilities included overseeing reliability areas and shutdown planning. Michael began a career in maintenance as a certified A level journey millwright and has obtained an Associate's degree in Automobile Mechanics Technology as well as certifications in industrial maintenance.
