Rashid Ahmed is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in recruitment and HR management. Currently serving as a Human Resources Associate at IOM - UN Migration since January 2024, Rashid is responsible for coordinating recruitment processes and acting as an HR Business Partner for a major unit in IOM Germany. Previously, as Human Resource Lead at Lucid Lane Pakistan, Rashid successfully expanded the team size significantly and enhanced the company's IT brand presence. Rashid held roles as Assistant Manager Recruitment at both rex D and SBT Co. Ltd., achieving high hiring targets and implementing advanced recruitment technologies to improve efficiency. Earlier experience includes serving as an HR Officer at Liaquat National Hospital and several internships at Faysal Bank and Allied Bank Limited. Rashid holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Bahria University.
